Please review the following policy before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 working days after confirmation.

You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. A 120 EGP delivery fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

To qualify:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging and box must be included.

All returns are inspected before approval. PAWHAUS reserves the right to reject products that do not meet the conditions above.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.

• Your order number
• The reason for your request
• Clear photos or videos, where applicable
